A note from Jason: I would love to open up an opportunity for you to join me and our overall learning community to get together and be able to discuss some of the concepts from the History of Yoga and Living Yoga Off the Mat courses, and also to have the opportunity for Q&A.
In this session, I would love to have a discussion about how Asana has evolved from ancient times (when Yoga was a bit more focused on psycho-spiritual practices) into the modern era. It's super interesting how the practice has evolved, and also to imagine what the future of Yoga might look like!
As I've taught this material in in-person environments like retreats, Yoga teacher trainings, and other live sessions I've always found that the discussions and questions that arise from students are some of the best ways to learn Yoga philosophy as the concepts apply to real-world scenarios.
