Winter Retreat

28-31 August 2026

Winter Retreat at Heartspace with Lana

I'm so excited to share details of our upcoming Winter Retreat at Heartspace — a gentle invitation to slow down, be nourished and rest deeply in nature.

Join me from Friday 28 August to Monday 31 August for a long winter weekend held in the rolling hills of the Yass Valley.

Heartspace is a peaceful mudbrick homestead set on 14 acres of countryside, home to alpacas, bees, chickens and an ever-growing food forest. It’s a place to exhale, reconnect with simple rhythms and feel held by the land.

You’ll be nourished by beautiful vegetarian, gluten-free meals prepared by renowned wholefood chef Angie Cowen, using organic and biodynamic ingredients sourced as locally as possible. You're invited to join us for a mindful cooking and eating workshop with Angie over the weekend.

The light-filled, purpose-built studio overlooks the eastern sky and surrounding hills — perfect for sunrise practices and moonlit evenings. Warm up in the wood-fired cedar sauna, balance it with an ice bath, and settle into deep rest with organic-lux bedding and natural toiletries.

This retreat is an invitation to move slowly, eat well, stay warm and come home to yourself.

You can look forward to a long weekend filled with yoga, meditation, breathwork, amazing food and time with with like minded people. We're aiming to create space for you to slow down, recentre and recharge. You can do as much or as little as you like, as all activites and offerings are optional throughout the weekend.
