30MIN MID-DAY MOVEMENT & MEDITATION SESSIONS

We offer 30min mid-day movement and meditation sessions throughout the work week scheduled during the lunch hour so folks can move, recharge, and get back into their day feeling refreshed.

LIVE ONLINE CLASSES WITH VARIETY OF STYLES

You can provide employees unlimited access to classes held before, during, and after work, including 30min mid-day movement and meditation, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and community events held online each week.

Our team has been teaching and studying Yoga and wellness for years and we have made it our life's work to facilitate mind-body wellbeing, and offer the tools and practices to help navigate challenges.

SMALL TEAMS
(5 PEOPLE)

$300/month

$15 per person, per week when prepaid by company. Billed Monthly or Quarterly.

STANDARD TEAMS
(UP TO 10 PEOPLE)

$500/month

$12.50 per person, per week when prepaid by company. Billed Monthly or Quarterly.

LARGER TEAMS
(UP TO 25 PEOPLE)

$1000/month

$10 per person, per week when prepaid by company. Billed Monthly or Quarterly.

All packages include complete access to online Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and 30min Movement & Meditation classes. Timetable may vary slightly from week to week. Some special events and workshops may be excluded.
No minimum contracts. Additional discounts available for larger organizations.
