Lana Clementson
Lana offers a grounded, well-informed & balanced approach to Yoga, guided by decades of experience, authentic passion, & deep reverence for ancient & indigenous teachings that improve health, expand consciousness & deepen connection to Spirit.
Lana guides a variety of class styles, from creative and powerful flow, to soothing, meditative yin, she encourages strong, safe alignment, authenticity and self care. Her classes often include philosophical contemplations, pranayama and guided meditation.
Lana is trained in Remedial Massage, Reiki and Shamanic practices and has extensive experience working with varied demographics, including elderly, people living with disability, teens, survivors of trauma, cancer and mental health conditions.
Through her group classes, private sessions, retreats and special offerings, Lana aims to provide a safe, inclusive and grounded space in which students can learn & practice spiritual wisdom, energetic practcies and movement science, in a way that is open to all levels of experience, mobility and lifestyle.

Katie Mahoney
You can expect a strong, flowing vinyasa style in Katie's classes. She is passionate about incorporating breathwork and creative movements that keep you present in your practice. Katie is a runner so you can always expect some deep hip and hamstring opening. She loves to teach peak poses and empower and challenge her students to explore new things.

Georgia Timmins
For Georgia, yoga is about slowing down, taking the time to connect with your mind, body, and breath. Teaching a variety of classes from strong flows to gentle restorative practices, her classes will always leave you feeling in tune. Since doing her YTT in Bali, she has taught classes in the UK, Sri Lanka, and spent time deepening her practice at ashrams in India. Her classes have a holistic approach coming from a background of massage therapy, always finishing with an optional head massage to deepen your state of relaxation in savasana.

Fyona Park
As a former dancer, Fyona naturally embraces creativity, fluidity, and a reverence for body mechanics. Fyona gently guides you through mindful movement with awareness and connection to breath, empowering you towards inner peace, equanimity, and sustained well-being. She is passionate about designing practices that blend strength and ease with alignment and safety in mind.
