His classes are accessible for every body while offering opportunities to be challenged and grow. Jason will greet you with a warm smile and a soft heart.
Lana Clementson
In Lana's classes you'll find a blend of strength, rhythmic flow, breath and soulfulness. Each class is designed to work through the layers of your being to create grounding, clarity and vitality. Drawing from ancient yogic wisdom, shamanic practices, modern movement, and neuroscience, Lana’s classes offer a holistic experience, with opportunity for self care, personal growth and a peaceful connection to your essential self.
Maddy Godber
Enjoy elegant and dynamic flows in Maddy's Vinyasa classes, and soft, nurturing, introspective space in her Yin classes. As a clinical psychologist Maddy is passionate about the ways that the ancient teachings of yoga and modern psychological science work together to help people to regulate their nervous system, develop self compassion and find more freedom and flow in their lives.

Davee Gadban
Davee's classes are like medicine for the heart and soul. In her classes, you will be guided through slow movement and meditation as she encourages you to expand your internal awareness and use your breath as a pathway to presence. Davee’s classes will leave you feeling uplifted and energised with an increased connection to your body, mind, and breath.

Dianne Styling
Find strength with steadiness, synchronized to the flow of your breath. Expect to feel grounded, expansive and present as you move through poses and dive into ancient wisdom as Dianne weaves relatable topics into class, such as Yoga Philosophy, modern and spiritual psychology, and Mexican indigenous wisdom. She is passionate about music and expression so you can expect mantras at the end of each class.
Courtney Andrews
Courtney's approach to mindful movement is all about allowing others to feel great about themselves and powerful from the inside out, all whilst having fun! Courtney loves to mix it up and brings high energy and variety to her classes which are challenging, embodying, and themed with focused body awareness. With a passion and devotion to holistic wellness, Courtney encourages and supports each student on their unique journey.
Katie Mahoney
You can expect a strong, flowing vinyasa style in Katie's classes. She is passionate about incorporating breathwork and creative movements that keep you present in your practice. Katie is a runner so you can always expect some deep hip and hamstring opening. She loves to teach peak poses and empower and challenge her students to explore new things.

Carleigh Burns
Carleigh is passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection, and how these are entirely interwoven into the healing practice of yoga. Expect a flowing yet gentle class, connecting movement to breath, and deep openings through the tightest spaces in your body - the perfect way to wind down from your weekend, ground into presence, and get into your body for the week ahead.

Chloe Kippen
Chloe's classes are a warm and welcoming blend of traditional and modern movement techniques, including philosophy and music. In her classes, Chloe creates opportunities to explore your edge through elegant, simple sequences that are balanced strength, which facilitate the conditions to help quiet your mind. She never takes anything too seriously and creates a genuine connection with everyone she meets.
Michele Marquet
Michele will give you the space and opportunity to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, slowing down, stilling the mind and finding freedom within your body. Her teaching style is slow but strong, suitable for all levels, allowing you to modify when needed and be guided by your inner teacher. You will leave feeling grounded and balanced, with the sense of coming home to your true self.
Fyona Park
As a former dancer, Fyona naturally embraces creativity, fluidity, and a reverence for body mechanics. Fyona gently guides you through mindful movement with awareness and connection to breath, empowering you towards inner peace, equanimity, and sustained well-being. She is passionate about designing practices that blend strength and ease with alignment and safety in mind.
