About the Event:

27th July | Join Yuan Jing for a calming and energising 2-hour workshop exploring the ancient arts of Tai Chi and Qigong. Through gentle, flowing movements and mindful breathing, you’ll learn how to cultivate inner balance, release tension, and connect more deeply with your body and breath. Suitable for all levels, this session will include: • Qigong warm-ups to awaken energy and calm the mind • Foundational Tai Chi movements to build strength, balance, and focus • Guided breathing and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and centered No experience needed — just bring comfortable clothing and an open heart.
